At any given point of time at day or night or dusk or dawn, at least 5 people are listening to "Dark Side of the Moon" alone. And more than 8 are listening to Floyd in general. Overrated? Mayyybe not.

Overrated? Definitely. I like the Korn version of "Another Brick in the Wall" better than the original. And that's the only Floyd number I remember. So... fuck Floyd. All hail the new blood. And smaller bands. 50-odd people in a band? C'mon!

All you people i never said they were BAD. But the kind of attention they get with some 65% of college students who listen to rock stating that its their favourite band... i just dont think they are THAT good. But again, I shudnt be surprised by sheer number of fans as otherwise Sidney Sheldon would be a good writer.
